There will be no increase in the annual dues this year!

The Park is financially secure. 

Proposed Projects:

• Laundry room update. At this time there is no set schedule for delivery and set up of the new washer and dryers. The floors in the laundry room and bathrooms has been updated. 
• There is a plan in the works to install air conditioning in the Club House. We are hoping donations will cover the cost of the units and installation.  If anyone would like to donate please contact our Board President, Dan Kortenber. Merrille Maloof is working on securing the air conditioning units at a discount. We will keep everyone updated as we go.
• The satellite internet service has been installed in the Club House, and you are now able to watch hundreds of programs on the TV.
